Come discover how brewing our beer is more than throwing four ingredients together on our tours! Based on the pillars of transparency, education and experiment, we brew in addition to delicious beer a philosophy and vision that goes far wider and more ambitious than the Belgian (beer) borders!

OPEN TOURS EVERY SATURDAY AFTERNOON

Every Saturday at 2:30pm, smaller groups or individuals can join the weekly open tour & tasting!
Reservation is not required but strongly recommended as full is full 🤷‍♂
Groups with eight or more participants can book a private tour during the week (see below).
Reservations only via request form (at the bottom of this page).

The tour and tasting lasts from 2:30pm till 5pm, includes four tasters and is €18.00 per person (incl. VAT).
As we always put international groups together, this tour is in English. There are also Dutch Open Tours available at 11am

All dates are indicative and are updated each Tuesday and Friday.

*** Lunch on Saturday & Dinner in general are sharing plates of RØK Barbecue with delicious barbecued and smoked meat, fish and tasty vegetables (Special dietary requirements such as gluten-free, veggie, ... can certainly be taken into account)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Jammer genoeg niet. Privé tours beginnen om 11:00, 14:00 of 17:00 op dinsdag, woensdag of vrijdag; 11:00 op zaterdag. Nederlandstalige Open Tours beginnen om 11:00, en Engelstalige om 14:30 op zaterdag. Dit heeft te maken met onze eigen werkschema's, de capaciteit van de bar en keuken en de garantie dat we op de meeste dagen drie slots voor rondleidingen kunnen aanbieden. Onze diner rondleidingen lopen ook heel snel veel te lang uit als we later beginnen. Ook een half uurtje schuiven is dan meestal geen optie. Gelieve geen aanvraag in te dienen voor andere beginuren 🙏

Meestal niet. Het is écht zeer uitzonderlijk dat we groter groepen van max. 40 deelnemers aanvaarden, en niet tijdens de lunch of diner. We moeten deze groep ook in twee splitsen dus de rondleiding duurt gevoelig langer en is ook niet mogelijk als er al andere rondleidingen gepland zijn die dag. Onze brouwerij is gekeurd op max. 20 personen en onze keuken kan geen grotere groepen cateren. Voor groepen uit de bierwereld (Collega brouwerijen, officiële bierverenigingen, gilden & ordes, leveranciers, verdelers, reeds professionele klanten, scholen/opleidingen in zythologie of brouwen, ...) zoeken we flexibele uitzonderingen. Gelieve niet te mailen voor grotere groepen indien jullie niet voldoen aan de criteria.

Onze ervaring met vrijgezellen zijn niet erg positief, en dat is het erg erg erg erg zacht uitdrukken :).

Indien jullie gewoon zin hebben om biertjes te komen drinken en iets te eten, raden we aan om gewoon een tafel te reserveren. Onze rondleidingen en tastings nemen we serieus. Zijn jullie zeker dat jullie minimum twee uur aan informatie en geschiedenis van bier & brouwerij willen? Zo ja: uiteraard zeker welkom om een rondleiding aan te vragen! We hebben ook al heel toffe vrijgezellen groepen gehad uiteraard. zo niet: kom dan gewoon gezellig bij ons bier drinken, geen enkel probleem! :)

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Unfortunately not. Private tours start at 11:00, 14:00 or 17:00 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays or Fridays. Dutch-language Open Tours at 11:00, and English-language tours at 14:30 on Saturdays. This is due to our own work schedules, the capacity of the bar and kitchen, and the guarantee that we can offer three slots for tours on most days. Unfortunately, even shifting the time by half an hour is not an option. Please do not submit requests for other start times 🙏

Usually not. It is really very rare for us to accept larger groups of up to 40 participants, and not during lunch or dinner. We also have to split this group in two, so the tour lasts considerably longer and is not possible if other tours are already scheduled that day. Our brewery is approved for 20 people max and our kitchen cannot cater for larger groups. For groups from the beer world (fellow breweries, official beer associations, guilds & orders, suppliers, distributors, already professional customers, schools/training in zythology or brewing, ...) we are looking for flexible exceptions. Please do not mail for larger groups if you do not meet the criteria.

Our experience with bachelor parties are not very positive, and that's putting it very, very mildly :)

If you just feel like coming for beers and something to eat, we would recommend just booking a table. Our tours and tastings are taken quite seriously. Are you sure you want a minimum of two hours of beer & brewery information and history? If yes: definitely welcome to request a tour! We've also had some really cool bachelor groups, of course. if not: just come and have a beer in the taproom, no problem! :)

No dates available on the day you want to visit? The taproom and brewery are located in the same hall. So you can still see our brewery and taste our beer during the opening hours of Hal 16!
