Our very first brew, the alpha of the pale ales…
A dry, fresh and easily drinkable pale ale with a citrusy hoppy nose. Brewed with Pils -en Maris Otter Pale ale malt. Our hops of choice for this beer were Magnum, Centennial and Falconer’s Flight.

saison tripel | 8 % | 25 IBU | release: 12.07.2018
Multigrain tripel brewed with saisonyeast. The rye malt and oat flakes enhance the fullbodied nature of this sugarfree tripel. The banana aroma’s of the yeast are in harmony with the hoparoma’s from Mandarina Bavaria and Belgian Cascade.

Baltic Porter | 6 % | release: 27.07.2018
A low fermentation, high drinkability porter. Brewed with Pearl pale ale malt for basemalt, black malt for the roasted touch, red crystal as caramelmalt and a subtle hopping with Loral.
‘Overporter’ is named after ‘Overpoort’ a(n) (in)famous street in Ghent where students go out.

West Coast IPA | 5 % | 65 IBU | release: 27.07.2018
West coast IPA with pilsner and Munich malts as base malts and oats for mouthfeel. In total we added 1400g hops/hl beer (aka a lot!). Kettle addition: Magnum, Cascade and Amarillo. Dryhop: Citra and Mosaic.

New England session IPA | 4.5 % | 25 IBU | release: 25.08.2018
30% of the maltbill of this beer consists of oat flakes. To top that off, we added oatmilk to this brew. Spelt and wheat malt add extra complexity. Naturally, there are plenty of hops involved: Falconer’s Flight in the kettle, first dryhop with Amarillo en Mandarina Bavaria and second dry hop with Mosaic.

Keller beer | 4 % | release: 22.09.2018
Our interpretation of a keller beer. This slightly cloudy pilsner type beer was hopped with Hallertau Mittelfrüh and the New-Zealand hop Rakau. Expect a quaffable beer of 4% that has a bit more body than a classic pilsner, thanks to the addition of wheatmalt.

U MA IS IPA is an accessible IPA of 5,5% that was (dry)hopped with Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic. Bitter and dry with typical citrusy aromas.

Our collab with Alvinne.
A saison brewed with 20% unmalted Roter Tiroler spelt. We filterd this beer over a thick layer of straw (‘stro’ in Dutch, hence the name).
All the hops in this beer come from the Belgian hopfarm ‘t Hoppecruyt, that recently launched it’s ’24h hops’ project (first in Europe). The hops are harvested, dried and pelletised in 24 hours. We dryhopped with the Belgian variety ‘Groene bel’.
